Visual and Sensory Assessments
Client: Countryside Council for Wales
Visual and Sensory Aspect assessments have been carried out for numerous local authorities using the latest 2003 method. This has involved desk study of maps, aerial photographs and relevant reports followed by extensive site surveys. The study area is divided into a number of aspect areas with distinctive characteristics which tend to be at a finer grain than English character areas or landscape description units. The outputs include Collector database records for each aspect area, GIS mapping and a technical report.
