Stonton Wyville Sustainable Futures Plan
Client: Brudenell Estate, Countryside Agency
Preparation of a plan for a 3,500 acre estate with three settlements set in the landscape of Leicestershire. The 20 year development and management strategy looks at the opportunities and constraints on the estate to provide a realistic, balanced approach to future development that retains and enhances the local character and heritage assets, whilst regenerating its financial base and looking at access and recreational potential. The strategy was consulted upon with key stakeholders including the County Council, District Council, farm tenants and the local communities.
