Vale of Glamorgan Coastal Zone Policy Study
Client: Vale of Glamorgan Council
The study defines the extent of the coastal zone based on national guidance, desk study and site assessment. The zones with their descriptions will inform the Local Development Plan and draft policies are put forward.
The seascape character study was used to help define the extent of boundaries using intervisibility of land and sea. Changes from previous boundaries were fully justified.
