Langland Court Hotel Appeal

Expert witness for the Council against redevelopment of spacious hotel site with flats in location overlooking Langland Bay on the Gower coast. The site had been recommended for approval by the planning officers but council members had refused permission. The appeal by developers was rejected by the inspector based primarily on visual impact grounds.
