Simon acted as expert witness for the Council regarding a proposed windfarm of six turbines on the edge of Strategic Search Area E in South Wales. Key issues were the effect on communities, on residential amenity and the effect on the landscape character of the distinctive ridge landform. The appeal was dismissed.
