We have been busy on landscape sensitivity studies for Bromsgrove and Exeter- places with strong landscape character under intense pressure. Our premium method takes on board the latest guidance alongside our longstanding principles developed over 23 years which are focussed on guiding development to sustainable places.
We have also focussed on projects which affect national designated landscapes and their special qualities, such as the Cotswolds AONB, Pembrokeshire Coast and Brecon Beacons National Parks. It is becoming very clear that these areas are also experiencing pressure, especially from development in their settings. We have updated and refined the landscape character of Pembrokeshire county and updated our National Park seascape assessment- both to set the context for positive planning into the future.
We continue to advise our favourite local planning authorities on the landscape and visual effects of a variety of renewables, housing, large scale industrial, infrastructure and logistics/warehouse developments.
